Christopher Teo is a highly accomplished board director and senior executive with over 32 years of experience in the financial services industry, including insurance, banking, and asset management. He has held transformative leadership roles, driving business growth, strategic initiatives, and organizational change across multiple markets.

He has held senior and Chief Executive positions at NTUC Income, Professional Investment Advisory Services (PIAS), Aviva, Manulife Financial, and UOB, where he spearheaded business transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and market expansion.

His extensive experience includes overseeing multi-billion-dollar assets under management, establishing Bancassurance partnerships, and leading large-scale business transformations. He is known for his strategic vision, product innovation, and strong customer service frameworks, balancing short-term profitability with long-term corporate governance.

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The Australian National University and a postgraduate certification in Advanced Management Accounting from Monash University. He has also contributed to the industry as an Executive Committee Member of the Association of Financial Advisers – Singapore and a Board Advisor for the Financial Planning Association of Singapore.
